General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Goods Purchase and Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) constitute a binding legal document between the Parties, establishing the rights, obligations, and liabilities of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods in the online store.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify, amend, or supplement these Terms at any time, taking into account the requirements set forth by legal regulations. The Buyer will be informed of any changes on the online store’s website. The Terms effective at the time the order is placed shall apply.
1.3. The right to purchase goods in the online store is granted to:
1.3.1. legally capable natural persons, i.e., individuals who have reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity has not been restricted by a court;
1.3.2. minors aged 14 to 18 years, only with the consent of parents or guardians, except in cases where they independently manage their own income;
1.3.3. legal entities;
1.3.4. authorized representatives of all the aforementioned persons.
1.4. By confirming these Terms, the Seller guarantees that the Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store based on clause 1.3.
1.5. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, having created a shopping cart in the online store, provided the delivery address, selected the payment method, and acknowledged the Seller’s Terms, presses the “Confirm Order” button (see clause 5, “Ordering Goods, Prices, Payment Terms, Deadlines”).
1.6. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the online store system.
Personal Data Protection
2.1. The Buyer may order goods in the online store by:
2.1.1. registering in the online store by providing the requested data;
2.1.2. ordering without registration.
2.2. When ordering goods through either method specified in clause 2.1, the Buyer must provide the necessary personal data for order fulfillment, including name, surname, delivery address, telephone number, and email address, in the information fields provided by the Seller.
2.3. By confirming these Terms, the Buyer consents to the processing of the personal data provided in clause 2.2 for the purposes of selling goods and services in the online store, analyzing the Seller’s business, and direct marketing.
2.4. By consenting to the processing of personal data for these purposes, the Buyer also agrees that informational messages necessary for order fulfillment may be sent to the Buyer’s specified email and telephone number.
2.5. The Buyer, upon registering or ordering goods, undertakes to safeguard and not disclose login credentials to third parties.
Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Terms and other information provided in the online store.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract by notifying the Seller in writing (by email, specifying the product to be returned and its order number) no later than 14 (fourteen) working days from the day the item was delivered, except in cases where withdrawal is prohibited by Lithuanian law (see information on the website of the Consumer Rights Protection Center: http://www.vartotojucentras.lt/istatymas.php?id=1038, section 18 “Specifics of Non-Food Goods Return and Exchange”).
3.3. The right under clause 3.2 may only be exercised if the goods have not been damaged, have not materially changed in appearance, and have not been used.
3.4. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price.
3.5. If the Buyer’s registration data changes, the Buyer must immediately update the information.
3.6. The Buyer undertakes not to disclose login credentials to third parties. If the Buyer loses login details, they must immediately inform the Seller via the contact methods indicated in the “Contact” section.
3.7. By using the online store, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and undertakes to comply with them and not to violate Lithuanian laws.
Seller’s Rights and Obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to ensure that the Buyer can properly use the services provided by the online store.
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to damage the stability or security of the Seller’s online store or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the online store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer’s registration.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy. The Buyer’s personal data will be processed only in accordance with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Lithuanian legal regulations.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer’s specified address.
Ordering Goods, Prices, Payment Procedure, Terms
5.1. The online store is available 24/7.
5.2. The contract becomes effective when the Buyer presses the “Confirm Order” button and the Seller confirms the order by sending a confirmation email to the Buyer.
5.3. Prices are indicated in euros, including VAT.
5.4. The Buyer may pay for goods by one of the following methods:
5.4.1. Online banking payment — an advance payment via the Buyer’s online banking system with one of the following banks: SEB, Swedbank, Luminor, Šiaulių bankas, Danske Bank. The Buyer transfers the funds to the online store’s account. The bank is responsible for data security in this process.
5.4.2. Bank transfer — an advance payment by visiting a bank branch and transferring funds to the online store’s account.
5.4.3. Payment via Paysera system.
5.4.4. Cash payment upon delivery or pickup.
5.5. The Buyer must pay immediately. Only after receiving payment will the Seller begin processing the order and counting delivery time.
Delivery of Goods
6.1. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address when selecting delivery services.
6.2. Delivery is performed by the Seller or an authorized representative (courier).
6.3. Delivery deadlines indicated in product descriptions are approximate and do not apply if the goods are out of stock. The Buyer will be notified of shortages. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond their control but will promptly coordinate new delivery arrangements with the Buyer.
6.4. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the Buyer or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
6.5. The Buyer must immediately notify the Seller if the shipment is damaged, contains incorrect or incomplete items.
6.6. The Buyer must note any damage on the courier’s delivery document or create a damage report in the presence of the courier. Failure to do so releases the Seller from liability for damage related to packaging issues.
Product Quality, Warranty
7.1. Product details are provided in the product descriptions.
7.2. The Seller is not responsible if product color, shape, or other parameters differ due to display settings.
7.3. Certain products may have a warranty period specified in their descriptions.
7.4. If no warranty is provided, the statutory warranty applies.
Product Returns and Exchanges
8.1. Lithuanian law grants the Buyer the right to withdraw from distance contracts without giving reasons.
8.2. The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days from receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned to the Seller or authorized person within 14 days of notifying the Seller.
8.3. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller (UAB Liramta, Metalo g. 2, Vilnius, info@liramta.lt) via email with a withdrawal statement.
8.4. Goods must be returned in original and undamaged packaging. The Buyer is responsible for proper packaging. The Seller may refuse goods that are improperly packed. The original invoice and a signed return form must be included.
8.5. Goods used or damaged or that lost their commercial appearance cannot be returned.
8.6. The Buyer cannot withdraw from contracts for:
8.6.1. custom-made goods;
8.6.2. perishable goods;
8.6.3. sealed goods opened after delivery that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.
8.7. The Seller shall refund the Buyer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment.
8.8. Refunds will be made by the same payment method unless otherwise agreed, without extra fees.
8.9. If goods do not meet quality requirements, the Buyer may exchange or return them within 14 days.
8.10. Clauses 8.4 and 8.5 apply to returns due to quality issues.
Buyer’s and Seller’s Liability
9.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of provided personal data. The Seller is not liable for damages caused by inaccurate data and may claim compensation.
9.2. The Buyer is liable for actions performed using the online store.
9.3. Registered Buyers are responsible for their login credentials and any third party using them.
9.4. The Seller is not liable if losses arise because the Buyer ignored these Terms despite having the opportunity to review them.
9.5. The Seller is not responsible for content or activities on external linked websites.
9.6. The party at fault must compensate for direct damages.
Marketing and Information
10.1. The Seller may initiate promotions at its discretion.
10.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions unilaterally without separate notice. Any changes apply only after their publication on the online store’s website.
10.3. The Buyer may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Final Provisions
11.1. Disputes shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the dispute shall be settled according to Lithuanian law by the courts of the Seller’s location.
11.2. If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
11.3. The Seller may transfer rights and obligations under these Terms to third parties.
