Furniture and other rental equipment ordered through our website https://liramta.lt is delivered throughout Lithuania. Delivery charges apply and are calculated individually. Additional services such as carrying items into the premises or setting them up are also subject to a fee and must be agreed upon in advance.
Outdoor furniture can be purchased at https://liramtabaldai.lt, or by visiting our showrooms located in Kaunas at Europos pr. 77, Warehouse No. 5, and in Vilnius at Metalo g. 2.
If you order outdoor furniture from https://liramtabaldai.lt, we offer free delivery in Vilnius and Kaunas for purchases over €500. For smaller orders, a delivery fee applies. An additional charge is applied for carrying furniture to the second floor or higher. Deliveries are made either with our own transport or via DPD couriers (this service is subject to a fee).
Before delivery, we will always contact the customer to confirm the delivery time. Deliveries are usually made on business days. However, weekend delivery can be arranged upon individual agreement.
Upon receiving your order, please check the condition of the goods and sign the delivery acceptance document. If you notice any visible damage or discrepancies in the order upon receipt, please mark this on the invoice, delivery note, or other delivery document. If issues are discovered later, please contact us using the details provided below.
When placing an order, the customer must indicate the delivery address, email address, and phone number in the order form. The selected delivery method must also be specified. An estimated delivery time is usually indicated in the product description and is calculated from the order confirmation date. Once your order is confirmed and processed, we will notify you by email. When the goods arrive at our warehouse, we will promptly contact you to arrange delivery.
